Motohiro KASUYA
Professor (Principal Investigator), Department of Production Systems Engineering and Sciences, Komatsu University
motohiro.kasuya@komatsu-u.ac.jp
Dr. Kasuya studies molecular behavior at material interfaces under mechanical stress. His research combines spectroscopy with precise measurements of interfacial forces, friction, and shear response to understand the molecular mechanisms of friction, lubrication, adhesion, and electrochemical processes. He applies these approaches to soft materials, polymers, sensors, batteries, and other technologically relevant materials and devices.
